Assembly technology including up- and downstream processes
Assembly logistics is an important part of Bau-Trans’ complete and continuous project handling. It includes the removal and bringing in of heavy and bulky plant components and even the relocation of entire production lines.
The personal commitment of our qualified assembly teams, many years of cooperation and the sensible use of state-of-the-art assembly technology form the basis for the satisfaction of our customers.
Using hydraulic strand jacks, we are furthermore capable of lifting into place components weighing more than 500 tonnes. Apart from many industrial trucks, our 40, 125 and 400 tonnes lifting frames, our 120-tonne air pad system as well as our 600-tonne lifting system are further elements of our assembly service solutions.
