In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our company and by our assigned processors (legal or natural persons who process data on our behalf).

Personal data:

We gather, process and use your personal data only with your consent or insofar as is necessary for fulfilling a contract to which you are party, or if there is another legal basis in accordance with GDPR, such as when the processing of data is permissible to preserve our rightful interests. The deletion of the data ensues when it has been ensured that we no longer need this data for fulfilment or in defence against claims made against us. We only gather such personal data that is required for carrying out and fulfilling our services or that you have provided voluntarily. Data is only passed on to third parties (legal or natural persons who are not appointed processors) insofar as is necessary to fulfil the contract to which you are party (for example any subcontractors), as well as on legal grounds. Possible recipients may be: insurances, authorities, debt collection firms, tax advisors and legal representatives for the fulfilment of our company duties.

Data protection:

The protection of your personal data is by means of appropriate organisational and technical measures. These measures especially concern protection against unauthorised, unlawful or even incidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation. Despite the efforts to maintain a consistently high and appropriate standard of precautionary measures, it cannot be excluded that information that you provide via the Internet can be viewed and used by other persons. Please note that we therefore do not assume liability of any kind for the disclosure of information through no fault of our own during data transmission and/or unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hacking attack on e-mail account or telephone, intercepting of data and the like).
